PROCESSING FACILITIES

We meet energy requirement of our entire activities from our environment-friendly and sustainable solar farm with 3.2 MWh power capacity.

SOLAR FARM

Applied in solid and liquid forms to our trees, worm manure improves the yield, strength and quality, while providing resistance against diseases in and around roots.
Worm manure is a plant nourisher and soil improver; we boost organic matter content of the soil through regular and continuous applications.
Worm humus is only applied to our own gardens.

WORM MANURE

We ensure traceability throughout the process from planting to the harvesting from our Smart Agriculture Software and our automation system which integrates all our sub-systems in our fields.

We identify the different soil and water requirements of different regions of our lands from online data in addition to the analyses.

In our INTELLIAGRI Smart Farm Management Software;

  • All our systems in our fields are monitored, actions are created, remotely and instantly.
  • Identity of each our tree is defined in our system.
  • All development processes, actions taken, until harvesting of our fruits and plants are recorded for each plant.
  • All data of each tree, such as time of harvesting, harvested fruit quantity from each tree are recorded and traceable.
  • Multi Spectral Imaging Analysis; color-indicates on the map, the analysis requirements in the system, captured with instantaneous camera images, diseased plants, dry soils are instantaneously tracked, turning into actions.
  • With SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) System, entire automation infrastructure is centralized, where all processes are tracked, and actions are created, via devices such as computer, mobile phone or tablet.
  • Activities of all our vehicles in our fields are instantly trackable at any given moment.
  • Vehicle movements are facilitated via navigation, creating routes suitable for properties of vehicle and the land.
  • Snapshot pictures and videos are captured with mobile software and hand-held terminals to create actions.
  • Data analytics are performed to identify which actions are required.
